EXCHANGE&RETURNS

Exchange of Defective Products and/or Packaging

The exchange of defective products and/or packaging must be carried out as follows:

Upon receiving an order/product showing signs of damage, the customer must indicate this on the carrier’s delivery note (mandatory on both copies of the note). Products presented for exchange after the carrier has left, but without a corresponding note on the carrier’s copy, will not be exchanged.

The best course of action in this case is not to accept a parcel containing a damaged product. In this case, ask the carrier to take it back. Once it is returned to us, we will carefully inspect the parcel and resend it to you with the replaced product.

If you decide to accept the parcel and later exchange the defective product yourself, you must ensure that a note about the damaged product is made on both copies of the delivery note (including the carrier’s copy), and then report the issue to the Annamaxx Shop Customer Support via email at: info@annamaxx.com.

When contacting us, please prepare the following information:

  1. Order/purchase number

  2. Products to be exchanged

  3. Reason for the exchange

  4. Scan of the delivery note with the mark indicating the damaged product

After contacting Customer Support, you may be asked to provide additional information to organise the return of the products.

Damaged products must be returned in their original packaging.

If the cosmetics or other products offered by Annamaxx Shop are not returned in their original packaging (e.g., opened or partially used), the exchange will not be accepted.

If the carrier’s delivery note does not indicate the product as damaged, the exchange will not be accepted.

Product Returns

Product returns are carried out as follows:

Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. To initiate a return, contact Annamaxx Shop Customer Support by email: info@annamaxx.com.

When contacting us, please prepare the following information:

  1. Order/purchase number

  2. Products to be returned

  3. Reason for return

  4. Scan of the delivery note indicating delivery

After contacting Customer Support, you may be asked to provide additional information to organise the return of the products.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any gifts or other contents included in the parcel.

If products are not returned in proper condition, the return will not be accepted.

Once the products are received and all conditions are met, the funds will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.
