The more the better
Apply about 10 gr of the mask to each foot up to the ankle with gentle massage. Wrap your feet in disposable polyethylene bags and then in socks or electric heating boots in order to warm-up for 10-15 minutes. Clean the remains of the product with a damp towel or rinse with water.
